Hoda Alkhzaimi is an experienced professional with a background in industrialization and economic development. She has led tech-based industrial investments and turnaround projects, focusing on strategic, financial, and operational synergies. Currently, she serves as the Director of the Center of Cyber Security at New York University AD and is a research assistant professor at New York University. Hoda has made significant contributions to the development of Cyber Security and Cryptology research ecosystems. Her expertise includes cryptology, security architectures, and cryptographic primitives. She holds a Ph.D. in Cryptanalysis and her research interests encompass space security, AI, and machine learning.

She is a Professor of Educational Psychology and Learning Sciences at Rutgers Graduate School of Education and the visionary behind Inq-ITS. Janice has executed numerous successful STEM projects and is the Founding CEO of Apprendis, LLC, an ed tech startup focused on Inq-ITS and Inq-Blotter. She holds algorithm patents for Inq-ITS and has extensive expertise in model-based learning and assessment, technology-based materials design, and data analysis. Dr. Tahani is a Senior Consultant at the Saudi Ministry of Education and Education and Training Evaluation Commission, and has served as Co-chair for the G20 2020 Education group.
