Biology subject supervisor MoE Oman

Throughout my career in education, I have gained valuable experience and expertise in the field of biology. Starting as a biology teacher, I worked my way up to become a senior biology teacher before being promoted to the position of biology supervisor in the Ministry of Education in Oman. In this role, I focused on developing and evaluating science and biology curricula, as well as creating and administering tests at both the governorate and national levels, including international assessments like TIMSS.

As a member of the technology team, I received specialized training in the Intel for Education program, which allowed me to train other teachers on the latest classroom technology. Additionally, I am a member of the Research and Studies Committee in the Al-Buraimi Educational governorate, where I focus on promoting a culture of research and providing guidance on writing research papers in the educational environment.

Currently, I am pursuing a study on quality management systems in education. Specifically, I am analysing the organisational skills of subject supervisors at the Ministry of Education in Oman regarding the ISO 9001:2015 quality control system using Six Sigma as EDU-DMAIC strategy.
