Shri Footring is an independent education consultant specializing in innovation and the strategic implementation of digital technologies for learning, teaching and research.

Her areas of expertise include supporting the development of staff and student digital capabilities, promoting accessibility and inclusion, and the thoughtful use of data analytics to develop insights and inform leadership. Shri is currently working on a research programme to pilot the use of staff-facing generative AI in universities.
