Dr. Mohamed AlSabba has over two decades of experience in public administration. With a Doctorate in Innovation Management, AlSabba has played a key role in transforming the Civil Service in Bahrain, particularly through his work at the Bahrain Institute for Public Administration (BIPA). As a co-founder of BIPA in 2007, he was instrumental in establishing its strategic direction and initiating impactful projects, such as an e-learning platform and government innovation lab. AlSabba’s leadership extends to advising roles and directing training programs, enhancing government operations through collaboration with international institutions like the United Nations Development Program and Demos Helsinki in Finland.

AlSabba’s influence reaches beyond Bahrain, as he has engaged with various organizations across the Arab Gulf states (GCC) and several Arab countries. His active participation in scientific committees and conferences has established him as a thought leader in public sector innovation and excellence. Currently holding the position of senior partner at Blue Wave Management Consultancy in Bahrain, AlSabba continues to lead initiatives in public administration capacity building.
