Esam Baboukhan is a highly respected expert in technology-enhanced teaching, learning and assessment with over two decades of experience in the field. He has received numerous awards and recognitions, including Pearson Digital Innovator of the Year 2019 (Silver) and recognition in the UK’s EdTech 50. Esam is dedicated to leveraging technology to create more inclusive and accessible learning environments, and he is known for his innovative teaching methods.

Throughout his career, Esam has taught many different subjects and held various roles where he was responsible for improving teaching, learning, and assessment standards. He has also served as an e-learning manager and worked as a Microsoft Learning Consultant. Currently, he is the co-founder of Transform Education, a training and consultancy company that is working on a World Bank-sponsored project in Jordan to create a nationwide blended learning strategy. Additionally, he is a co-founder of TeacherMatic, one of the UK’s fastest-growing AI teaching assistant platforms.
