Dr. Farhat is the Founder and the CEO of Majestix Training UK based in Manchester; an organization established in 1999 to support the advancement of teachers’ development and higher education sectors in the MENA region offering capacity building opportunities, training, consulting, mentoring and coaching. 

Previously he worked in Kuwait in PAEET as an assistant Professor in Chemistry. Then moved to Saudi Arabia working with ex-minster of education Dr. Mohammed Al-Rasheed as an education and business consultant. He worked for NCAAA as training consultant.

He ran and managed many workshops and conferences in UK, USA, Finland, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Morocco ..etc.
