3rd Middle East Education Thought Leadership Forum Beyond Concepts: Progressive Educational Transformation

Creativity has no limits! Increasingly new technologies are emerging in the market and transforming many aspects of our lives.  Debates surrounding Artificial Intelligence (AI) Education, especially the ethical implications of AI and tools such as ChatGPT are current and divisive. How are educational institutions building capacity for AI development and implementation? What tools are needed to ensure the integrity of assignments?

Universities can foster a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship and provide students with the skills and knowledge needed to participate and succeed in a fast-changing global economy, such as Blockchain technology and the space industry which is advancing in the MENA region.  The pandemic was a major disruptor, but it stimulated critical thinking and reflection on strategies for teaching and learning, the role of higher education in society, its contribution to the UN sustainable development goals (SDGs) and preparing the future workforce.

The Middle East Education Thought Leadership Forum provides a comprehensive platform for exploring the most pressing issues facing the education sector today, to share research findings that can inform policy and practice in higher education and the development of innovative solutions to address them. The forum encourages and supports the formation of collaborations, where institutions can work together to share resources, knowledge, and best practices, and to establish effective partnerships with other stakeholders, such as governments, non-profits, and the private sector.
