The increasing number of graduates in the UAE and the mounting requirements present a big challenge for the youth of UAE. Education and training are options to bridge this strategic gap occurring between public education and the current Labour market when the students graduate. UAE Exhibition for Education, after similar successful Events in Kingdom of Bahrain has come to meet the aspirations of young Bahrainis.
The event aimed to give GCC’s graduate students opportunities to find appropriate career opportunities and contribute to serving their homelands. The students had a chance to network with various officials and showcase their skills, while the government and private sector were able to identify and recruit top talent, boosting the overall economy of the region.
The Middle East Education Thought Leadership Forum was held virtually in October 2021, under the patronage of the Secretary General of the Association of Arab Universities, and included VIP guests such as the Ministers of Education of the Arab League. The forum addressed policies related to online education, offered financial models to reach large markets, and invited Middle Eastern students to benefit from virtual learning.
The Middle East Thought Leadership Forum took place in London in 2022, after a successful virtual event the previous year. The forum showcased education innovations and provided a platform for attendees to network, attend workshops, and participate in panel discussions. The event was well received, and attendees gained valuable insights and connections to help shape the future of education.
The Beyond Concepts forum brings together education pioneers, practitioners, and government representatives from the MENA region and worldwide. The event focuses on how technology is shaping education and will include interactive workshops, panels, and demonstrations from technology providers. This year, a call for papers and a poster competition have been introduced to add more perspectives to the forum, providing opportunities for networking and creating successful international partnerships.
