Event has been postponed read below for details:
Dear Sponsors and Exhibitors,
Following the recent attack on King Khalid International Airport, the subsequent airport closure and the resulting safety and travel concerns, we regret to inform you that the Riyadh exhibition scheduled for 18–19 October 2026 will be postponed.
The safety and wellbeing of our sponsors, exhibitors, representatives and local and international visitors remain our highest priority. This difficult decision has been necessitated by circumstances entirely beyond our control. We remain fully committed to delivering a successful exhibition at the earliest opportunity once conditions allow. Before confirming the revised dates, we will consult with you to ensure they accommodate your availability and enable the fullest possible participation.
We sincerely apologise for the disruption and inconvenience this causes, particularly given the time, effort and resources you have invested in preparing for the event. We deeply value your trust and remain dedicated to providing you with the best possible service and exhibition experience. Thank you for your understanding, patience and continued support.
We will keep you informed as arrangements progress and contact you to discuss the proposed dates. We wish you and your teams continued safety and wellbeing.
